Yunnan Puer Yongji Biological Technique Co.,Ltd, established in October 2005, is headquartered in Kunming and divided into two subsidiaries- Pu'er production base and Joint Institute of Jiangnan University. Co***ny registered capital of 10 million yuan, with a total investment of more than 40 million yuan. The production base covers a total area of 18,000 ㎡ and the existing staffs are more than 100. With the solid support of the School of Food Science and Technology of Jiangnan University, the co***ny owns strong technical forces, as well as strong ability to rapidly develop the new products. Co***ny has already successfully applied Complex Enzyme Technology, developed together with the School of Food Science and Technology of Jiangnan University, to the production of rice starch,rice protein powder and rice powder, in accordance with GMP standard. The annual output of the rice starch is up to 10000T, rice protein powder 12000T, rice powder 10000T. The automatic aseptic control is adopted during the entire process, at the same time we introduce the international advanced equipments like Brabender viscometer, Mettler automatic moisture meter, whiteness instrument and other equipments to conduct real-time monitoring in order to ensure top quality of products.
Upon the strength of advanced production equipments, as well as exquisite technology and strong research and development capabilities, the co***ny has passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system and HACCP (idt ISO / DIS 22000) food safety management system and QS certification, and it obtains self-export rights. In recent years, the co***ny does not only aim the domestic basis, but also actively explore the international market, therefore the products are exported to different countries and regions like Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the United States, etc.
